How strong is Muzan? (compared to other powerful demons)

Muzan Kibutsugi is the main antagonist of Demon Slayer. He is a demon, being the first of his kind, who has lived for over a thousand years, and is, as such, responsible for the origin of other demons, responsible for the corruption of Michikatsu Tsukiguni and for being the one who killed Tanjirou. He killed his family and Nezuko, turning the latter into a demon, as he was the reason Tanjirou wanted revenge on him. Based on this fact, we have decided, in this article, to tell you a little about his powers and abilities and how he will deal with many other characters from Demon Slayer A series, but with a twist – namely, we will focus only on comparing Muzan’s powers with those of other (strong) demons from the series, which means that the Legion will not be mentioned here.
The article will be divided into two main parts. The first will present Muzan’s final form, powers, and abilities, while the other will be a short comparison of that form’s powers and abilities with those of other characters, divided into several subsections. These won’t be detailed analyses, just brief comments so you can understand how strong Muzan’s final form will be Demon Slayer knowledge.
Muzan’s powers and abilities
When engaged in combat, Muzan can appear even more brutal, leaving his chest exposed and his limbs covered with a dark red mace with large pointed teeth. Although he lost a lot of his energy fighting the human-transforming medicine Tamayo, he was completely able to outrun a number of low-rank demon slayers and devour dozens of them in a matter of minutes.
This form greatly enhances his strength, speed, reflexes, and power. While in this position, he has sharp-toothed jaws/mouths spread all over his body. These jaws/mouths are not only his main point of attack in combat but also help him heal more quickly by allowing him to tear apart his opponents and eat their flesh.
Muzan would strike an ordinary person with his claws and bloody them fast enough for no one to notice due to his speed. Even when one of his nether moons tried to flee from him and managed to go a fair distance without Nakimi’s help, he quickly decapitated him.
The highlight of Muzan’s regeneration is that he can even regenerate his own head when decapitated, unlike the demons he creates that die by decapitating them, with his solar breathing style being the only thing that can kill them. Muzan can regenerate from any type of injury, even recovering limbs when severed; He can also withstand a blast at close range, rebuilding his body as fast as it can be destroyed.
Muzan’s Blood Demon Art is biokinesis. It may seem like a relatively weak power, but biokinesis allows Muzan to use his body amazingly well. He has incredible shapeshifting powers, far exceeding similar abilities of other demons. He also has a total of seven hearts and five brains, a fact that, along with his Blood Demon Art, makes him near-immortal, as he is exceptionally hard to kill (he can, in fact, survive even if a small piece of his blood is not destroyed). He can make flesh versions of himself and turn others into demons using his own blood.
Now, this was a rough overview of Muzan’s general powers and abilities because it was important for us to give you a proper introduction. But we have to say that the battle form of Muzan, which we described above, is not its final form. Namely, near the end of his final battle against the Legion, when he realized the sun was about to rise, Muzan created a special flesh armor that transformed him into a large demon child. This demon infant’s form is actually Muzan’s final form, and it is in this form that he is ultimately defeated.
Now, we know three things about this photo. First of all, it is the final manifestation of Muzan’s Blood Demon Art, as we described above, and shows just how powerful he is. Secondly, this ultimate form gives Muzan incredible strength. He became incredibly strong, so strong that only Himejima was able to hold him back and prevent his escape, Himejima being incredibly strong; The other demon slayers had no chance against him.
He was also able to easily crush cars like that. Finally, the form is a defensive fortress as well as a power booster, as it makes Muzan incredibly durable; It even allows him to resist the sun longer, though it doesn’t give him complete immunity. It is not known how it affects its speed.
How strong is Muzan compared to other powerful demons? Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series?
This section will compare Muzan Kibutsuji to some of the other powerful demons from the clan Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series. These will be brief comparisons whose main objective is to give you a general idea of his powers and abilities.
Muzan Kibutsugi vs. Kokoshibo
Kokushibō, as we all know, wasn’t the first demon created by Muzan, but he was by far the strongest, which is why he was ranked first among the kizuki. However, while Muzan was stronger than Kokoshibo, he was respected and feared by him in some aspects, which was why Kokoshibo had a special status among the kizuki. In this aspect, it could be clearly said that if any demon had a chance of actually defeating Muzan, it was Kokoshibu, since he was the only one who was close enough to Yoriichi to inflict some damage on the powerful demon.
Muzan Kibutsuji vs. Doma
Duma has received a massive amount of Muzan’s blood, which makes him extremely powerful. Although he joined the organization later, he had surpassed even Akaza and was close to Kokoshibo’s level. However, despite all of his pathological abilities and skills, Duma will never be able to surpass Muzan. Despite everything, and we really have to say that Douma is really strong, he was nowhere near Muzan’s level. He was pathologically loyal to him and loved Muzan to hurt him, but that’s all.
Muzan Kibutsuji vs Akaza
As for Akaza, it must be said that Muzan was impressed with his skills (when he killed 67 people out of revenge), and that’s why he offered to turn him into a demon, which Akaza accepted because he was in a very hopeless situation. . But, despite all of his skills and abilities, Akaza is simply not as powerful as Muzan, but he wanted to be.
Muzan Kibutsugi vs. Nakimi
Nakimi took control of the Infinity Castle and was, despite a lack of fighting abilities, one of Muzan’s most powerful demons. As in the case of Akaza, she becomes a demon after impressing Muzan with her brutality as a human, so he offers to turn her into a demon. While not stronger than Muzan, the Infinity Fortress she controlled was capable of harming or even killing Muzan, which is why Muzan later killed Nakimi, to preserve himself.
Muzan Kibutsuji vs Hantengo
Hantengu was undoubtedly respected by Muzan, who valued his powers and potential contributions to the organization, otherwise he would not have given him such a high position in the hierarchy (as Hantengu was fourth despite his cowardly nature). Hantengu’s abilities were very special, which is why Muzan respected him, but we have to be honest and state that they were nowhere near Muzan’s strength level and the combined powers of all Hantengu’s demons wouldn’t be enough to defeat Muzan or even cause him some actual damage.
Muzan Kibutsugi vs Gyuko
Muzan is the strongest of all the demons and the creator of all the demons that came after him. His weaknesses are the same as those of other demons, but his strengths and abilities far exceed those of any other known demon in the series. Using his powers, he turned many people into demons and organized Twelve Kizuki more powerful than them. Gyokko was strong, and he was versatile in many ways, but Muzan was simply too strong for him, and Gyokko was aware of that fact; He also experienced this when Muzan, without moving, took his head from his hiding place and gave him the task of attacking Swordsmith Village with Hantengu.
Muzan Kibutsuji vs. Keigaku
Muzan made Kaigaku a Sixth Order Supreme sometime later, after Kokushib turned him into a demon. But, Kaigaku either didn’t have the chance to prove himself, or he was really weak, which is why we can simply say that there is no chance of even hitting Muzan, let alone defeating him.
Muzan Kibutsuji vs Daki and Gyutaro
As for the original rank six siblings Daki and Gyutaro, they had a very special power, but they were no match for Muzan. Gyūtarō was very powerful, but despite his kindness towards her, Muzan considered Daki to be an inferior, which is why the two of them had no chance against Muzan.
